What events does the Nodzo Call Data Webhook API send?
Nodzo emits real-time JSON webhooks for `call.started`, `call.completed`, `transcript.ready`, and `analysis.scored`. Each webhook payload contains full call metadata, agent identifiers, customer phone numbers, duration, transcript text, speaker timestamps, and the 0–100 quality score.
How are webhook requests secured?
Every webhook request includes an `X-Nodzo-Signature` header computed via HMAC-SHA256 with your private signing secret, allowing your backend servers to verify authenticity and prevent spoofing.
Does Nodzo handle webhook retries if our server is down?
Yes. Nodzo uses an exponential backoff retry schedule for any HTTP 5xx or connection failure, retrying up to 5 times over 24 hours.
